In an effort to revitalize their worship center, First Assembly of God sought services from Cavin Design Group for a renovation. The worship center was dated and needed a transformation that was economical and pleasing for the congregation. Major renovations involved the lobby, sanctuary, and the dining/multi-purpose room. CDG developed a new color scheme which was incorporated in the new carpet, paint colors, pew fabric, and vinyl fabric. The design elements dramatically improve the interior look and feel of the renovated spaces. Minor modifications were applied to the sanctuary’s stage to further develop function and safety issues. To enhance the backdrop of the stage, a subtle vinyl fabric was added to give character to the walls. Additional changes included revised wood moulding, new texture, and new paint to emphasize the colonial styled stage. With the assisted direction by CDG the new renovation offers a polished redesigned worship center. The selection of colors is subdued and provides a refreshing ambiance. The overall scheme is appealing and is a quality introduction for new members.
