Architectural Design Civic

Perry Memorial Hospital issued a proposal for a new medical facility, Perry Medical Clinic, that would be located adjacent to the main hospital. It would be the first construction of a multi-phased healthcare expansion and renovation project. Cavin Design Group was selected to design a building that would be accommodating, efficient, and follow a restrictive budget.

CDG assessed the site plan and took into consideration the critical locality of the building. The construction would occur at the main intersection of the area, with Perry Memorial Hospital as a back drop, on a sloped site. The clinic was designed in a contemporary style with a pitched roof entry and lobby. The details were sleek and scored E.I.F.S. emphasized the concept of clean lines. For the spatial layout, CDG designed the interior space to offer different types of occupancies. The floor plan allowed doctors to share the clinic’s space or maintain separate practices.

The Perry Medical Clinic was a functional and easily accessible building. Its straightforward style provided a visually appealing scene for the bustling streets nearby.
