The Graduating Class of 2000 commissioned a gift that reflected their appreciation for the University of Oklahoma. Cavin Design Group and a team of consultants were chosen to design a “Reflecting Pool” that would be placed on the north entrance of the Gaylord Family Memorial Stadium.

CDG focused on a design that would accent the outdoor environment and create an attractive pathway on campus. CDG designed a beautiful courtyard featuring a dramatic, extended pool bordered by a wave of pristine landscape. In between scoops of foliage, nooks for seating were installed and available for public leisure. The overall scenery provides a picturesque addition that complements the surrounding buildings and the university’s impressive campus.
