For three decades First National Bank of Chickasha has engaged Cavin Design Group to provide professional architectural and engineering services as the bank has grown into expanding markets. Construction is now beginning on their tenth location. This new facility will provide their customers all banking services at this one site. Constructed with the finest materials, such as limestone veneer and slate roofing, the bank presents a commitment to the local community. The structure gives a sense of permanence and strength, yet is sensitive to the residential surroundings. Additionally, CDG will select and design all furniture and accessories so the interior will provide a unified, intimate space to foster relationships with their clients.

The bank is detailed to facilitate the daily activities of the staff and to allow them to better serve their customers. The building is also designed to have minimum maintenance and utility costs. A large community room, kitchen and restrooms are arranged for use after banking hours. The most unique feature of the bank is the rich detailing, both on the exterior and the interior. The high lobby ceiling features three coffers with distinctive crowns and lighting. The woodwork and cabinets are custom designed and adorned with finishes to unify the interior with the exterior. The end result of ingenious design is a facility that offers an environment that embraces the bank’s historic values and encourages functionality.
